By using CheapAir you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who completes a booking through our platform.
All bookings are subject to availability and airline fare rules. Prices displayed include all taxes and carrier charges unless otherwise stated. Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the cancellation and change policies of the operating airline.
We make every effort to ensure flight times, prices, and availability are accurate at the time of display. However, prices can change rapidly. The price shown is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and payment is processed.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the fare type selected at the time of booking. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded. Refundable fares will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of cancellation.
CheapAir is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the booking fee paid to us.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CheapAir after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
